Accountable for the expansion of the bank’s trade finance division. This includes deposit mobilization, the expansion of high-quality assets, and the cross-selling of additional bank products to both current and potential clients while upholding the bank’s strategic focus on commercial relationships with both groups.
Responsibilities:
- Provide an appropriate framework that enables the finest trade finance products, processes, and procedures to flow from front office to back office in an end-to-end manner.
- Communicate with branches, clients, and correspondent banks, among other trade finance stakeholders, to make sure that the

- Actively promote the bank’s EQBTL Trade Finance capabilities to clients and employees through business interactions and official internal and external presentations that highlight the bank’s trade facilitation capabilities.
- To expand EQBTL wallet share, find and negotiate commercial possibilities with Branch clients and create comprehensive business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, commerce, or a similar discipline.
- Professional certificates in the financial industry will be a benefit to the job.
