To join our team, we are presently seeking a Human Resources Officer. The job will be headquartered in Arusha. An ideal applicant for the HR manager role would have extensive experience in the tourist and hospitality industries and be able to manage staff members with efficiency. The field will be in a town, and candidates who meet the requirements will be notified right away.

Responsibilities:
- Arrange personnel data, such as contracts and permits, in an appropriate manner.
- Creating employment strategies for every department based on seasonal requirements
- Make sure employees follow health and safety rules in their designated regions.
- Oversee the benefits and compensation fund.
- Oversees the conduct of employee investigations, disciplinary hearings, and terminations
- Keep abreast of changes to employment labor laws and regulations, and suggest best practices.
- Preserving the privacy of workers and the workplace
- Employee coaching, counseling, and training
- Resolving disputes and complaints via constructive and constructive mediation
- Keep an eye on workers’ job performance and support their career growth
Qualifications
- Human resources management bachelor’s degrees
- Not at least three years of experience working as a human resources officer, ideally in the travel and hospitality industry
- Outstanding ability to communicate
- Recognizing labor laws
- Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS
- Meets deadlines and performs effectively under duress
- High level of computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, email, and similar communication tools.
