To handle all facets of our company’s HR procedures and policies, we are searching for an HR manager. For all matters pertaining to employees, we believe that an HR manager should be consulted. Among your responsibilities will be overseeing the work of a group of human resources officers at the school on projects related to talent management, training and development, performance management, employee relations, job design, and recruitment. The success of a corporation depends on the HR manager’s work.
Our most valuable resource is our people, and you’ll be the one to make sure that everyone works together to achieve our stated goals and objectives in a positive and productive work environment. A comprehensive job description and specification for an HR manager must include the promotion of corporate values and the creation of a positive culture.
Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out HR plans and projects that complement the overarching foundation strategy.
- By resolving requests, complaints, or other matters, you can reconcile management and employee relations.
- Oversee the hiring and choosing procedure.
- Utilize human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation to support present and future business demands.
- Create and keep an eye on the foundation’s entire HR strategy, methods, tactics, and processes.
- Encourage a cheerful atmosphere at work.
- In charge of and overseeing a system for performance evaluation that promotes excellence.
- Determine the training requirements and keep an eye on the programs.
- Report to management and use HR metrics to support decisions.
- Maintain legal compliance in the course of managing human resources.
Requirements:
- Three years of verified experience as an HR manager in Tanzanian schools, ideally those that use the English language
- Results-driven and people-oriented
- A track record of success using HR measurements
- Familiarity with HR systems
- Possessing both leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Outstanding negotiating, presentation, and active listening abilities
- The ability to establish and maintain interpersonal connections at all organizational levels
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
- A Human Resources degree or a closely related field
- Seven to ten years of HR manager experience.
