Key Accountabilities:
- Management of suppliers by making sure that their invoices are processed promptly, that the necessary permissions are obtained before booking, and that payments are made on time to support business operations.
- Prompt billing as well as the creation of client packs, credit notes, invoices, and supporting paperwork.
- Processing and verifying the transactional actions of the contract on a daily basis, as well as making sure all costs are accurately recorded.
- Financial Accounting and Analysis, Management Accounting and Reporting.
- Updates to balance sheet accounts and dedicated account reconciliations.
- Take part in activities and programs aimed at improving processing.
- Attend the monthly stock counts to make sure Operation completes inventory counts on time. You can also make sure Finance receives and files signed off stock sheets.
- Creating activity reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Tactical assistance to the Finance Controller and Site Manager.

Qualifications:
- Two plus years of job experience.
