As part of an internship program, IHI is seeking a candidate to work as a supply chain assistant. An efficient and successful flow of supply chain operations will be ensured with the help of the supply chain intern.

1. Supply Chain Assistant Internship Opportunities (42024) – Tanzania
Responsibilities
- Refresh the procurement reports every day.
- Participate in follow-ups for document approval.
- Help to guarantee that the appropriate materials are sent out on schedule.
- Help ensure that vendor invoices are sent to the payment approval circle on time.
- Help ensure that goods are stored properly based on their condition and nature.
- Help with the upkeep of the filling system, which guarantees the preservation and accessibility of all documents.
- As needed, take part in planned and special stock counts.
- carry out any additional responsibilities that their managers may assign them.
Experience
- Those with a diploma in logistics management or procurement and supply management are also eligible to apply.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in the languages of Swahili and English.
- Computer Proficiency.
- Focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Communication abilities.
