Responsibilities:

Administration of the JTI Tanzania Communication Calendar, including monitoring and updating to guarantee that all scheduled activities are carried out as intended.
Create and distribute essential internal communications in a timely manner across all company platforms within the allotted time frame.
Make sure that all JTI Tanzania staff members may access the company’s resources in a timely manner.
Assist team leads in enlisting their teams on all accessible platforms by conducting a monthly assessment (My Mobile, WhatsApp Groups, Bulk SMS etc.)
Administration of the Nyota Newsletter.
Encourage the coordination and dissemination of Corporate Affairs-related initiatives, including social programs, community investment, and stakeholder involvement.
Any other tasks that management amiably requests.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business administration, mass communication, or a similar discipline.
One year or less of work experience.
