We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Finance Intern within the Finance Department. The position holder will report to the Assistant Manager – Finance and will be based at Head Office in Nairobi.

1. Finance Intern – Head Office 1
Role Purpose
Under the direction of the Assistant Manager-Finance, the internship’s goal is to offer crucial support for a variety of tasks and duties in the Finance department. This includes helping with routine financial duties, participating in financial reporting and analysis, and supporting efforts to guarantee the accuracy of financial records.
Main Responsibilities
- Financial Data Entry and Processing:
- Help with the accounting system’s financial transaction entry.
- Assist in the upkeep of precise financial data and records.
- Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Aid in the creation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform rudimentary financial analysis to aid in making decisions.
- Assist in locating variations and trends in financial data.
- Audit and Compliance Assistance:
- Help with the documentation needed for audits, both internal and external.
- Assure adherence to financial policies and laws to support compliance activities.
- Assist in carrying out remedial measures and audit recommendations.
- Financial Administration Support:
- Provide the finance department broad administrative support.
- Help with the upkeep of financial documents and files.
- As directed by the Assistant Manager of Finance, assist with other as-needed activities and projects.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a similar field.
- Having ACCA or CPA certification will be advantageous.
