Responsibilities:

Encourage people to buy the company’s life insurance products.
Doing a customer needs analysis
Establishing connections with both current and potential clients
Make people aware of the importance of having life insurance
Capable of achieving the project’s goal for both new business and renewals
Being proactive and following up with potential clients to generate new business and engage in cross-selling
Allowed to participate in recurring training on new items
Customer-focused and uphold the company’s ethics
Through constant follow-up, should be able to sustain more than 90% persistency on sourced policies.
Uphold the company’s values, vision, and mission over his or her tenure with the organization.
Ensure sales compliance across all external business sources.

Qualifications:

Minimum insurance qualification, Certificate of Proficiency, or Degree required.
Must have at least a year’s worth of sales and marketing experience.
Must be at least 25 years old and possess an entrepreneurial mindset
Outstanding presenting, negotiating, and communication abilities (Essential)
Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili is required.
Proficiency in communicating with clients who possess a strong persuasive influence.
A track record of hitting or surpassing sales goals.
Experience in marketing and sales of digital services.
