Kinondoni Municipal Council Football Club (KMC FC)

According to The Companies Act of 2002, the Kinondoni Municipal Council Football Club (KMC FC), which is owned by the council, is a registered limited company. The KMC FC is one of the National Premier League’s participating sports clubs.

The Dar es Salaam Region is composed of five councils, one of which is the Kinondoni Municipal Council. The others are the City Council of Dar es Salaam, Ubungo, Kigamboni, and the Temeke Municipal Council. The Office of the President, Regional Administration, and Local Governments established the Kinondoni Municipal Council as an independent body under Government Notice No. 4 of 2000, pursuant to the Urban Authorities (City Authorities) Act, Chapter 288. This gave the council the power to improve the standard of services provided to its residents.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and juggle marketing and creative personnel
Oversee market research projects to determine whether the present and proposed goods and services are viable.
Work together with advertising firms and media outlets.
Come up with concepts for fresh campaigns.
Work together with the sales group and other departments to develop methods that work.
Keep an eye on ongoing campaigns to make sure staff members fulfill deadlines and do all required work.
Create fresh concepts to enhance brand exposure and marketing by analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of their marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Candidates must have at least ten (10) years of relevant professional experience, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communication, or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution, be computer literate, and have a solid understanding of government processes.
