To ensure the seamless running of our daily operations, the Kilombero Community Charitable Trust (KCCT) is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

1. Administrative Assistant P-1
Qualification
- A business administration diploma or its equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience working in an office environment in an administrative capacity.
- Knowledge of office software, such as the Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Managing Correspondence: Answering questions and managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Keeping track of calendars to guarantee efficient operations and setting up meetings, appointments, and travel for team members.
- Office management includes ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance, and keeping an orderly and clean workstation. It also involves overseeing office equipment, supplies, and facilities.
Terms of Service: A contract basis will be used to engage the selected candidate.
