To maximize Treasury income and expenses in accordance with the goals specified by the Treasury Unit, the Treasury Dealer at MHB is in charge of managing liquidity and cash flows, trading, and investment activities.

Responsibilities:

Control of the bank’s daily liquidity position;
Maintain the accounting system for the bank’s investment portfolio;
Maximizing returns on investments made with extra capital.
To determine each issuer’s creditworthiness and relative value, apply basic analysis.
To guarantee a high degree of compliance, make sure that all trading activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the established policies and operational manuals.
Preserving connections with other operational divisions and departments.
Interbank lending and borrowing optimization.
Provide institutional clients with a quote for deposits and takings.
In charge of preparing pertinent reports and analyses, such as business reports, cash flows reports, daily and monthly liquidity analyses, and market analyses.
Expand the bank’s cross-bank trading and look into further lucrative trading avenues.
Regularly analyze industry developments in preparation for management review

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in finance or banking, or a related discipline.
ACI offering Certification.
Proficiency in treasury administration, encompassing expertise in overseeing intricate loan portfolios, managing derivative contracts, projecting liquidity and cash flow, and utilizing procedures for funding and hedging research.
Two to three years’ minimum experience dealing with Treasury.
Elevated degree of coordination
The capacity to function under duress.
