1. Freelance Business Executives (Morogoro, Moshi, Tanga) – 3 Posts
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizes oneself with comparative readership, circulation, rates, and costs of advertising in all print and electronic media.
- Identifies potential advertising clients, researches their businesses, current and potential customers, and persuades them of the worth and benefits of advertising in the Company’s newspapers and periodicals.
- Executes sales by discussing and receiving exact customer needs, advertisement size, insertion dates, and price, as well as obtaining the approved client representative’s confirmation signature.
- Assists clients with the preparation of advertising copy and works with the Graphic Designer to provide professional artwork guidance.
- Prepares daily call plans and reports, discusses them with the Classified Sales Manager, and reports any problems encountered for help and advice.
Qualifications:
- Academic qualifications include a basic university degree in sales and marketing, business studies, or a similar discipline.
- 1-2 years of job experience.
- Excellent analytic and communication skills.
