Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing trading plans in compliance with the trading mandates, the ARO Markets strategy, and the NBC Markets strategy
- Enhancing the way trading techniques are implemented
- Spotting trade opportunities with risk-adjusted greater returns and anticipating market movements.
- Directing the yearly trade budget preparation and review process
- Advising and approving dealer mandates before they are submitted to risk for additional approval by the Head of Treasury & Markets.
- Actively overseeing the growth of one’s own technical and soft skills as well as those of the team
- Investigating, determining, and putting forward to senior management training options for both individual and team growth.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- ACI Transaction Certificate or Its Match
- Trading expertise
- Experience in Market Making.
