The M&T Review Methodology, the NBC Compliance Monitoring plan, and any applicable policies, procedures, and quality standards should all be followed while planning, carrying out, and managing monitoring and testing assignments. He is in charge of overseeing the caliber of monitoring operations to guarantee NBC’s compliance with both internal and external laws and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- To organize, carry out, and complete monitoring reviews in compliance with the M&T Review Process.
- To make it possible for the Announcement Memo to be distributed after the planning stage is finished.
- On the first day of every review, hold opening sessions in person or via teleconference to explain the goals, purpose, and strategy to line managers.
- Create testing plans for important business controls so that, by verifying that the plans cover the control, the risks are sufficiently reduced.
- Conduct tests to evaluate the controls’ Design Effectiveness (DEA), Operational Effectiveness (OET), and Outcome Testing (OT) to make sure they comply with applicable regulations and policy requirements. Follow the Compliance M&T methodology and make sure the working papers are of the highest caliber.

Qualifications:
- Advanced diplomas and bachelor’s degrees in business, commerce, and management studies, as well as compliance advisory and interpretation (which satisfies some standards but still needs work),
- Experience with Compliance, Digital familiarity (needs more work but satisfies some requirements),
- Morals and principles (Complies with every prerequisite),
- Flexibility (satisfies certain standards but would benefit from additional development),
- Reasoning (satisfies all criteria).
