A warehouse supervisor is now needed by Nestlé Ghana to coordinate and arrange the receiving, stocking, and shipping of raw materials, packaging materials, and completed goods. In your role as warehouse supervisor, you will oversee and supervise the performance of a group of warehouse workers while keeping the business operating in accordance with set standards for productivity, quality, efficiency, and safety.

Responsibilities
- Planning and stock management skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Knowledge in SAP, Microsoft, excel, word, and Power point.
- Should have strong knowledge about different areas of Supply Chain & other concerned departments e.g., Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Sales, Demand and Supply Planning etc.
- Commitment to strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty
- Ability to understand complex situations and be able to make quick decisions.
- Knowledgeable about “The Nestle Management & Leadership Principles” and ready to apply them.
- Be able to analyze the performance of a group and improve it by motivating them.
