1. Senior Manager (Corporate Banking) A-26
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Relationship Managers to guarantee that industry standards, high-quality work, and financial goals are established, met, and upheld.
- Establish goals and accept responsibility for the sector’s overall performance objectives.
- Using appropriate performance evaluation and feedback, you can manage relationship managers’ performance contributions.
- Determining the Relationship Managers’ areas of strength and growth and making sure they receive the necessary training and skill-building initiatives.
- Relationship Managers receive coaching and mentoring.
- To guarantee the bank’s greatest profitability, manage the development of sensibly priced assets and cost-effective short-, medium-, and long-term liabilities with respectable corporate firms and organizations.
- Assist Relationship Managers in gathering data and conducting a preliminary examination of credit applications, memos, and strategic reports in order to oversee bank and client expectations.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Business knowledge of the mining and telecom industries, as well as market niches, goods, and services offered by banks.
- Knowledge of bank rules and processes, BOT regulations, and government policies pertaining to mining and telecoms.
- Strong managerial and leadership abilities.
- Strong product and credit expertise in trade finance, cash management, corporate treasury, etc.
- Skills related to credit, risk, and corporate relationships.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities, as well as strategic thinking.

Qualifications
