Chief consultant to the board and general manager for all Union internal control measures
Supervising the implementation of internal audit work plans and ensuring their consistent adherence at all times
Keeping the Board and General Manager updated on the status and issues facing the Internal Audit Unit and the Union as a whole with regard to audit work
Establishing and monitoring performance in the directorates with the goal of upholding high standards and preserving employee morale
Evaluating the various departments’ level of compliance with rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Holder of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a focus on accounting or finance, business administration, or similar qualifications
Possess a CPA (T) designation or a comparable, NBAA-recognized professional qualification.
Two years minimum of relevant experience in a comparable capacity from a recognized company.
