We are a medium-sized social enterprise looking for an Operations and Human Resources administrator. The job will report directly to the CEO and work with CultivAid’s management, country directors, project managers, and external stakeholders. The position will play a critical role in the organization’s human resources, as well as providing operational and administrative support to the entire business and specific support to our global development team.
Responsibilities:
Global Operations:
- Assisting or supervising certain initiatives as assigned by the boss.
- Manage and update the organization’s social media profiles to ensure consistent and compelling content.
- Maintain and maintain the organization’s website, ensuring that the information is current and correct.

HR Administration:

Language Skills:
- Native English speaker with excellent speaking and writing skills.
