The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Also to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling , networking and social media.
Qualification:
- a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a similar field of study
- three to five years of increasing sales experience in the security sector
- Experience in field sales, especially in the sale of security and alarm systems
- Strong familiarity with security services Costing
- Not older than forty-five years
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills are required.
- Outstanding report and proposal writing
- Effective bargaining abilities and strategic prospecting.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other programs
- Strong IT knowledge will be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Creating compelling and successful marketing collateral, such as emails, bids, proposals, website pages, brochures, and marketing videos, among other things
- researching, gaining understanding of, and suggesting innovative product and service designs to satisfy consumer needs.
- To develop an active sales pipeline, cultivate contacts at different levels inside the company of potential customers.
- As needed, to explain to a client the technical features of a solution
- Create business plans, develop policies, processes, and procedures for sales, and plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies that will increase the company’s customer base.
