The FMCG Sales Specialist will be in charge of increasing our FMCG goods’ market presence and boosting sales. A strategic thinker with great communication abilities, a thorough grasp of the FMCG industry, and the capacity to establish and nurture long-lasting connections with customers are necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Preserving the positive rapport with clients.
  • Notifying the client of corporate policies in a timely and efficient manner 3. Resolving the client’s complaint and other issues in a timely and appropriate manner:
  • Monitoring and updating client data, such as sales area, sales progress, etc.
  • Sales, a weekly report on stock and shop statistics, a client survey report on competing products, and other periodic reports are turned in to the management.
  • Pursuing the client’s order, distributing the van, and promoting the company’s goods.
  • Helping customers keep sales records, customer databases, customer relationships, and product displays; as well as developing new markets and consumer
  • Keeping an eye on client stock sales and distribution, then using data-driven management and quantitative analysis to present management recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline.
  • Two years minimum of experience in a similar sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales channel
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • The capacity to function both alone and together.
  • Strong time-management and organizing abilities.
  • Fluent in Swahili and English.
