It will be your duty at Tigo Tanzania as a B2B Key Account Manager to uphold and develop connections with strategically significant clients.
As these clients’ main point of contact, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and cultivating enduring relationships that promote both parties’ growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and preserve solid, dependable connections with important clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for questions, concerns, and escalations from clients.
- Recognize the goals and wants of your clients, then match your company’s offerings to successfully meet those demands.
- Account Development:
- Find ways to expand your account base and upsell more goods and services.
- Work together with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, etc.) to create solutions that are specifically tailored to the needs and difficulties of your clients.
- Determine and reduce possible hazards to customer retention or satisfaction in a proactive manner.
- Strategic Planning :
- To meet sales goals and increase client value, create and implement strategic account plans.
- Review business operations on a regular basis with clients to evaluate results, resolve issues, and spot areas for development.
- To help with strategic decision-making, stay current on market circumstances, competition activity, and industry trends.
- Communication and Collaboration :

- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
