Responsibilities:
- Directing, supervising, and delegating
- Regulating, managing change, and

Qualifications:
- Five or more years of track record in project management, ideally in the telecom sector.
- A track record of success using transmission planning techniques and technologies.
- Knowledgeable about budgeting, scheduling, and planning aspects of project management.
Core Competencies:
- Capable of using tools for network monitoring and network administration.
- Extensive familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure, fiber-optic networks, and related technologies.
- Extensive familiarity with transmission scheduling, fiber-optic networks, telecom infrastructure, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with network design and mapping technologies for GIS (Geographic Information System).
