Tindwa Medical and Health Services is a locally registered business that offers medical supply services, occupational health and safety both locally and internationally, waste and environmental management, and emergency medical services.
The TMHS organization is currently seeking a volunteer to work in the Finance department who is dedicated, self-motivated, and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily tasks in the finance department with the necessary promptness and quality.
- Adhere to the company’s financial strategies, rules, guidelines, and procedures with precision.
- Complete all receivables-related tasks, such as creating customer statements, updated receivable lists, customer reconciliations, quotes, and invoices, among others.
- Execute all payables-related duties, such as verifying that the purchase process has been completed before any payments are made, creating payment vouchers, making payments, compiling supplier statements, and creating payable lists.
- As needed from time to time, compile and deliver reports to management on time.
- should respond promptly, assist other departments in their work, and make sure everything goes without a hitch.
Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or any related field
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in Accounting and Finance
- Must be a Tanzanian
- Must be fluent in writing and speaking English language
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other accounting software packages such as Quick Books, Tally or familiarity with sage
- Applicants should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal skills,
- Analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing skills.
