Do you wish to explore the globe through travel? Every year, about 250 graduates from France and Europe—who are usually 25 years old—take part in the TotalEnergies VIE (volunteer for international experience) program. In 2022, 80 affiliates in 40 countries hosted participants in our VIE program, typically for a duration of 18 months.

Responsibilities:
- HSEQ: All employees, contractors, and clients must adhere to the Golden Rules and all HSE regulations and standards of TOTAL.
- Help Create and carry out the comprehensive plan for commercial communication and marketing.
- Choose, condense, evaluate, and forward the HOD bids from media and advertising agencies for approval.
- Verify that all necessary tasks are completed in accordance with business policies and procedures.
- Assistance in Keep an eye on and evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and other factors that could have an impact on the company’s operations. Report every month.
- Be creative and proactive in identifying and suggesting fresh initiatives that could enhance the company’s reputation and business, and in managing their execution.
- Take part in, use creativity to produce digital material, and keep an eye on campaigns.
Qualifications:
- A degree in business administration and commerce with a focus on mass communication and marketing.
- Retail network and consumer business employment experience.
- Experience gained while employed in a marketing, mass communication, media, or agency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, CS Illustrator, and Power Point.
- Outstanding analytical, project management, and communication abilities
- Strong training abilities and presenting abilities.
