About 250 French and European graduates, who are typically 25 years old, participate in TotalEnergies VIE (volunteer for international experience) program each year. Participants in our VIE program were hosted by 80 affiliates in 40 countries in 2022, usually for a period of 18 months.
And it’s open to all vocations! As a member of a local team, you will be placed in an operational scenario with actual duties on the job site. Since the Company launched the program in 2002, more than 2,200 recent graduates have taken advantage of this chance.
Responsibilities:
- HSEQ: any employees, contractors, and clients must adhere to the Golden Rules as well as any other HSE regulations and requirements.
- Creating the following Paris end-of-month reports: WCR, Investment, Dashboard, RV1, and Flash.
- Creation of the monthly overhead analysis and distribution to the relevant departments at the end of the month.
- Participation in the budget file preparation process.
- By ensuring that price and costing (MAP and PO) are applied correctly, you may maintain control over everyday sales activities.
- Coordinating daily stock checks with the supply crew.
- Maintain control and make sure that every spending is recorded in the appropriate account.
- Handling technical account control and clearance.
- Adding product pricing to the database.
- Establishing personnel and vendor accounts; updating all necessary data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting;
- Two years of experience in accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software programs like SAP
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities.
