The Young Graduate – SFS Field Merchandiser will collaborate with the Category Manager and Network Sales Teams to oversee diversification efforts across several service stations. With the help of pricing, merchandising, advertising, and product decisions, they maximize profits and sales for every store.
Responsibilities:
- The installation of SFS principles (Shops, Products Order, Meal Service, Maintenance) is under their purview.
- They are in charge of carrying out the shop’s merchandising and product offer strategies, as determined by the category manager and SFS manager. He has to make sure that these measures are followed in the shops.
- They are in charge of using communication means, emphasizing goods, and running in-store promotions.
- They have to adhere to the following metrics inside his stations: turnover, margin, inventory, shrinkage, and prices.
- They are required to report any irregularities in the shops, carry out corrective measures, and notify the SFS Manager and Territory Managers of any prospective changes to the shop.
- To maximize the SFS services locally, they examine the competitors and the trade regions of the stations (range, merchandising, promotion…)
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Strong familiarity with the Network or prior experience distributing FMCG in supermarkets.
- Independence, a sense of order, and skill training.
- Originality.
