Responsibilities:

Create and implement a distribution plan for insurance on the ground to guarantee that growth targets are reached.
Support the creation of new goods, product upgrades, configuration changes, change requests, and incidents by collaborating with IT and other M-Pesa teams.
Total responsibility for VodaBima’s customer retention strategy and churn control
Establish and preserve positive relationships with your insurance partners.
Make sure Partners pay the VodaBima Platform fees on schedule.
Make sure claims are settled promptly and raise client satisfaction.

Experience:

Outstanding logical and analytical reasoning abilities derived from customer insights
Outstanding ability to communicate
Strong ability to manage stakeholders
Capacity to foresee market dynamics, competitors, and customers
Able to question the current situation.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, risk management, or insurance.
They must have worked in the insurance industry for at least three years.
Knowledge of national insurance laws and regulations.
Strong aptitude for analysis and business.
Establish and preserve connections with important value chain players.
Experience and skills in project management would be helpful.
