We are searching for energetic and customer-focused Asset Finance Officers in Mwanza, Tanzania, as our business is expanding quickly and we currently have over 3000 customers in Tanzania. We are searching for doers who are willing to get their hands dirty and use their commitment, diligence, and hard work to make the difference our communities need.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bringing in new clients for our asset finance solutions, keeping up service standards for our current clientele, and growing our clientele
Serving as the point of contact for all incoming questions from prospective and current customers about Asset Finance products at the designated sales point or points
Responding to the client’s request with a prompt, accurate, thorough, and comprehensive product presentation
Pre-evaluating the client’s financial situation and recommending the best possible product configuration
Supporting the client during the whole asset financing process, from the time of the initial inquiry until the asset is released
Processing loan requests correctly and promptly, obtaining required paperwork, and guaranteeing asset release, including asset insurance, tracker installation, and plate issuing

EXPERIENCE :

Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, especially in writing
Powerful marketing and sales abilities
Honesty, zeal, and a desire for lifelong learning and growth
Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to collaborate with others in a company with a variety of business processes
Adaptable to shifting priorities and capable of interacting with individuals at all levels both inside and outside the organization
A keen eye for detail and internal management
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
