We run several upscale camps in Tanzania’s Northern Safari Circuit. We run a sizable DMC service, travel agency, and activities division. Your job as a waiter or butler is to support the camp manager and chef in maintaining the camp’s seamless operation so that guests’ expectations are exceeded. Help with the packing, moving, and camp setup by lending a hand.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and interacting with visitors on all levels, offering assistance as needed, and making sure that their stay is exceptional.
- To ensure proper procedures are followed while offering the best possible service to guests.
- To help camp administration with any necessary administrative inputs and to help with any stocktake operations (food, drink, and other assets).
- To always guarantee the security of both your employees and visitors
- To guarantee that visitors receive unique upgrades at least once while they are there.
- To guarantee that the housekeeping division is providing the best possible service to the visitors in accordance with the minimal requirements established by the training division.
REQUIREMENTS
- A tourism management certificate, or something similar.
- Five years or more of experience working in the hospitality sector.
- An additional benefit will be dealing foreign visitors and seasoned travelers with experience.
- Basic knowledge of wine and other beverages.

- Possibility of remaining at Bush Camp
- Fluency in English is a requirement; proficiency in other languages will be advantageous.
