The SCAGP is a comprehensive, thirty-month practical rotating program that involves all organizational technical and service departments.
It takes the proper guidance, support, and mentoring to enable you to reach your greatest potential. You will have the chance to interact with and learn from our most knowledgeable specialists and problem solvers.

To qualify:
- A degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering is required.
- or a diploma or certificate in heavy equipment repairs, mechanical, electrical, and automotive.
- You ought to have received your diploma in 2022 or 2023, at the latest.
- Age should not exceed 26 years old.
