SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
The Government of the Republic of Korea will cover all training expenses under this program, including study tour, book allowance, emergency medical treatment, tuition fees, lodging, and return overseas flights.
APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
- Candidates ought to work as public servants;
- be under 40 in general, or as the University may particularly specify;
- should have worked in the relevant field for at least two years (for master’s degrees) and three years (for doctoral degrees);
- The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.
- holders of a bachelor’s degree may apply to master’s programs, and holders of a master’s degree may apply to doctoral programs;
- maintain healthy physical and mental health;
- Serious sickness applicants are not eligible to apply;
- Candidates with impairments who are in good physical and mental health are welcome to apply;
- A candidate who was funded by and successfully finished a master’s program KOICA or any other Korean Government Scholarship is NOT eligible to apply;
- The applicant’s original handwritten signature must be typewritten in English on the application forms;
- You must be proficient in English.

APPLICATION MATERIALS REQUIRED/SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:
- Fill out the application for KOICA;
- authorization letter to the Permanent Secretary, Public Service Management and Good Governance from the applicant’s employer;
- Certificate of Graduation;
- Academic Resume;
- a duplicate of one’s present passport;
- English curriculum vitae; and
- The qualified commissioner of oath must notarize each and every certificate.
