UDOM Admission & Entry Requirements

1. Direct Entry

The minimum entry requirements for form six applicants are three credits at the “O” Level and two principal passes in pertinent A-Level courses totaling 4.0 points (with the exception of the College of Health Sciences programs, which require 4.5 and 5 points).

2. Recognition of Prior Learning

The minimal requirement for applicants with RPL qualification is a “B” grade.

3. Equivalent qualifications

A minimum of four O-level passes (Ds and above) or an NVA level III with fewer than four O-level passes, or equivalent international qualifications as determined by NECTA or VETA, are required for applicants seeking diplomas.

Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) with a minimum 3.0 GPA; alternatively
At least a 3.0 points average (where A=5, B=4, C=3, and D=2 points) for the Full Technician Certificate (FTC); or
a Teacher Education Diploma with an average grade of “B”; or
prizes pertaining to health, such those in clinical medicine and other fields where a “B” grade is average; or
For certificates and diplomas with classifications based on distinctions, credit or pass, or
For diplomas that are categorized as non-NTA, Lower Second Class;
