Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and offering tailored luxury safari packages.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, desires, and budget constraints.
- Design and create detailed itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, and activities, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
- Provide expert advice on safari destinations, wildlife conservation, cultural activities, and local attractions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and operators to negotiate rates, arrange bookings, and confirm reservations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury travel industry, including new destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, or after the safari experience.
- Do office management tasks for the team who reporting to you. And deliver report weekly and monthly to the stakeholders.
Requirement
- Fluent proficiency in English. Russian language a plus but not a requirement
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft product
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing a team of people. At least 4 years in management position
- At least 10 years in safari business.
- Excellent knowledge of Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda safaris and high-end properties
- well travelled in East Africa and preferably in other countries
- well versed in international travel market.
