The main goals of this position are to expand market share, raise sales volumes, and boost competitiveness by offering market-driven, unique services that foster long-term competitiveness within well-defined markets.
Key Outputs and Responsibilities:
- Reach sales goals for the designated regions.
- Oversee and manage the sector’s distributors (orders, payments, and re-distribution).
- Make sure that IB items are reasonably stocked (full range) for both customers and retail locations.
- Make sure that the brands are merchandised (visible on POS and chillers) for both customers and retail locations.
- Make that chillers are utilized only for IBPLC items in the designated sector and that they are positioned correctly in the performing outlet.
- Keep an eye on the suggested retail price of our product at retail locations.
- Keep a close eye on the competition’s actions.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Sc. in social sciences, business administration, marketing, or other related field.
- Two years’ worth of FMCG sales experience.
