Pula is looking for someone with experience, drive, and energy to fill a Support Desk Agent role that is open, based in Tanzania. This is a demanding position that calls for a results-driven individual with a positive outlook, outstanding organizational abilities, and effective communication skills. The following tasks will be expected of the candidate:
Responsibilities:
- Make over 80 outgoing calls each day.
- Take part in weekly calls with headquarters and deliver updates and priorities on schedule.
- Develop a rapport with employees and customers.
- As required, update the task tracking utilizing Whatsapp, Google Documents, and other software.
- Send in KPIs and daily/weekly reports as needed.
- Take the lead in survey implementation.
- Assistance with any difficulties pertaining to the registration and processing of claims.
- Any additional tasks that are occasionally allocated.
Qualifications:
- An added edge will go to individuals with a diploma or degree in customer engagement, business management, marketing, or information technology.
- Job experience in environments with a lot of data and strong analytical abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and remote communication abilities.
- Outstanding time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Work history in customer service positions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
