An open position for a Public Sector Sales Head is desired by Airtel Tanzania PLC. Reporting to the Enterprise Business Director is the post. In charge of the department’s overall data and voice strategic planning, which is coordinated with other departments and reflects the company’s overarching goal. Retains efficient connection with managers throughout the organization to guarantee appropriate consideration for the requirements of sales operations
Responsibilities:
- Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams with accuracy.
- Create and put into action a public sector data strategy.
- Take control of the Fixed data revenue source and expand the market.
- Talk about matters of strategy with the top management.
- Create plans for the nation’s public sector and multinational expansion.
- Establish priorities and do a business opportunity analysis.
- Create and deliver bids and proposals for business plans.
- Launch, track, and take necessary remedial action based on performance.
- Create a draft segment budget and set goals for direct reports by collaborating with budgeting and reporting.
- Establish and improve work procedures.

Qualifications:
- A business, sales, or marketing degree, or comparable experience in business or sales management.

- Five years as a senior manager.
- It is preferred to have experience in the telecoms sector.
- Capacity to inspire others to boost productivity and sales
