Responsibilities:

Oversee regional efforts to enforce compliance and put sourcing strategy into action.
oversee the adoption, deployment, and adherence to the procurement procedures and instruments across the entire organization;
Analyze and choose providers who can satisfy Wasoko’s needs while keeping overall costs to a minimum;
Handle RFI/P, record suggestions, and inform vendors of outcomes;
Participate in vendor management, agreement management, procurement projects, and sourcing activities;
Establish, carry out, and evaluate contractual agreements with suppliers in order to meet the organization’s cost-saving goals;
Create and preserve mutually beneficial connections with the category group’s major vendors;
Make recommendations, put the required tools into practice, and continuously work to save costs;

Requirements:

Requirements: 5–8 years of relevant experience
Strong experience handling CAPEX and OPEX as a procurement specialist is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, finance, statistics, or supply chain management
Capacity to function both independently and effectively in a high-pressure sales setting
Show a thorough understanding of procurement policies and procedures, with a focus on project management.
Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for data analysis,
Strong communication and presenting skills, both written and spoken
Being open to traveling for work
Work with people and in multicultural teams must be a passion.
