  • Oversee regional efforts to enforce compliance and put sourcing strategy into action.
  • oversee the adoption, deployment, and adherence to the procurement procedures and instruments across the entire organization;
  • Analyze and choose providers who can satisfy Wasoko’s needs while keeping overall costs to a minimum;
  • Handle RFI/P, record suggestions, and inform vendors of outcomes;
  • Participate in vendor management, agreement management, procurement projects, and sourcing activities;
  • Establish, carry out, and evaluate contractual agreements with suppliers in order to meet the organization’s cost-saving goals;
  • Create and preserve mutually beneficial connections with the category group’s major vendors;
  • Make recommendations, put the required tools into practice, and continuously work to save costs;


  • Requirements: 5–8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience handling CAPEX and OPEX as a procurement specialist is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, finance, statistics, or supply chain management
  • Capacity to function both independently and effectively in a high-pressure sales setting
  • Show a thorough understanding of procurement policies and procedures, with a focus on project management.
  • Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for data analysis,
  • Strong communication and presenting skills, both written and spoken
  • Being open to traveling for work
  • Work with people and in multicultural teams must be a passion.
