We are seeking highly skilled and driven individuals that are eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment to expand our team.

Responsibilities:

Help oversee and maintain security policies and procedures;
When necessary, implement emergency protocols in line with the Emergency Response Plan;
Perform audits for loss prevention;
Accurately record in daily officer reports and incident reports any noteworthy activities that occur throughout a shift;
Make regular patrols around the structure;
Respond to help the security manager look into employee concerns, accidents, and thefts;
Observing individuals in various settings to spot any instances of odd or questionable conduct.
Following suspicious people as they go through a system of streets or inside a building.
Communicating with local law enforcement or security personnel to deliver comprehensive information about suspects, including their whereabouts, behavior, and appearance.
Ensuring proper recording and storage of video footage and the proper operation of the CCTV system.

Requirements:

A post-secondary diploma or certificate in security studies
Eight years of security operations experience.
familiarity with FMCG products and warehouses
Having loss control experience will be beneficial.
Needs to have prior management expertise overseeing contract security firms.
Having expertise in criminology, investigations, and security protocols
Needs to have a lot of experience with security, people management, CCTV control rooms, and investigations.
Thorough understanding of technological and physical security systems.
Wonderful observation.
An attention to detail.
The capacity to react to an emergency with prompt, logical thought.
Excellent communication in order to collaborate with other organizations.
