Throughout the results management cycle, from project selection to the creation of strategies for measuring each project’s outcomes to the administration of the regular gathering of impact and outcome data, the bank will offer Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for all green loans. Along with managing all green loan initiatives inside the organization and its subsidiaries, the post holder is also in charge of updating relevant dashboards in accordance with project outcomes and portfolio context.
Responsibilities:
- Create and put into action monitoring and evaluation strategies, processes, and procedures that are specific to the requirements of the Green Bond project.
- Create surveys, employ data gathering techniques, and conduct qualitative research to acquire pertinent data for tracking the advancement and results of projects.
- Take the lead in creating, implementing, and assessing participatory assessments to involve stakeholders and encourage responsibility and learning.
- Supervise the processes used to collect data, making sure that the information is accurate and complete.
- Utilizing cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies, process and analyze data with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
- Analyze exploratory data to find trends, patterns, and information pertinent to the goals of the project.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an authorized university in one of the following fields: finance, economics, accounting, development studies, operations research, statistics, or a related field.
- An additional benefit is professional training from an accredited university in monitoring, evaluation, and/or impact harvesting.
- Five years minimum of project management, monitoring, and assessment experience.
- Recognizing the Fundamentals of Monitoring and Evaluation
- A track record of successfully executing data-driven strategies and producing reports of the highest caliber.
- Familiarity with creating surveys, analyzing data, and reporting.
- Affinity for Program Management and Monitoring & Evaluation
- Recognizing the Fundamentals of Monitoring and Evaluation
- Survey and data gathering method design, as well as quantitative and qualitative study design.
- Strong aptitude for analysis and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Excel and other data processing tools, including Power BI, advanced analytics, and modeling is highly desirable.
