Responsibilities:
- Create or build digital strategies that will power the upcoming wave of digital banking. In charge of the digital roadmap’s overall strategy, design, and execution for the banks.
- Oversee and direct the execution of important digital projects and activities.
- Create and execute digital initiatives that combine artificial intelligence with lifestyle and banking preferences.
- In order to achieve ambitious development in digital traffic and usage, design an effective and efficient digital customer journey that guarantees the delivery of a great customer experience through numerous channels, such as a website, mobile app, online, or chatbot.
- Collaborate closely with many stakeholders such as technology, product owners, compliance, and outside vendors to develop and provide high-quality services through digital channels.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a similar field
- A minimum of five years of relevant industry experience, ideally with a strong background in digital channel management
- Enthusiastic and driven to realize digital concepts through web and mobile technologies
- Excellent analytical and business sense, coupled with initiative and a passion for perfection
- Possess an open mind, a strong sense of responsibility, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong feeling of responsibility and servicing mentality to guarantee effective and efficient provision of customer care.
