Qualifications:
- A master’s degree will be beneficial in addition.
- An HR bachelor’s degree or a similar degree.
- Advancement in CHRP or Higher Diploma in HRM
- A Full Member of IHRM holding a current certificate of practice.
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience, three of which need to be spent in a supervisory capacity.
- A Senior HR Officer should be well-versed in people retention and development strategies and possess a comprehensive awareness of the industry’s talent environment, given the competitive and dynamic nature of the insurance sector.
