We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Regional Bancassurance Sales Managers within Jubilee Health Insurance Limited. The position holder will report to the Head of Bancassurance & Digital Channels and will be based at our branches within Central, Western and Coast Regions.

Open Positions and Description:

1. Regional Bancassurance Sales Managers – 1 POST

Role Purpose

The employees will be required to submit their monthly and annual revenue budgets for their particular regional bancassurance.

Main Responsibilities Operational

  • Make sure the designated region grows sustainably in order to reach the predetermined revenue targets.
  • Plan and oversee health insurance sales activation initiatives run by the Bancassurance Manager in collaboration with Bank, Regional, or Branch management.
  • Using daily reports, keep an eye on the sales representatives of Bancassurance and make sure that all of their activities—such as prospecting, quoting, visiting branches, and providing training—align with the targeted revenue targets.
  • Oversee efficient training programs for health insurance products, AML, and sales code of conduct. Maintain an attendance log.
  • To support bancassurance sales representatives in the designated area in generating health insurance business that Jubilee Health Insurance will take and to make sure that these representatives consistently fulfill their individual targets for new business and renewal generation.
  • Reach the predetermined persistency targets for the current health insurance portfolio by working in tandem with the operations team and bank partners to make sure that premiums are collected on time and that renewals occur on schedule.
  • Outstanding relationship management with important bank partners, such as branch managers, assistant sales managers, regional sales managers, and bancassurance officers.
  • Make sure that the product brochures, application forms, and marketing materials at the branches are adequate.
  • Create and distribute daily reports on the performance of regional businesses based on matrices for key performance indicators.
  • Promote the provision of reliable, easy-to-use, and consistent customer service to guarantee client loyalty and retention.
  • Assure prompt resolution of complaints by working with the Bancassurance team and bank partners to coordinate within the agreed TAT.
  • Assure adherence to the policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements of the designated Bank as well as Jubilee Health Insurance.

  • A degree from a university accredited by the Commission on Higher Education
  • Any insurance-related qualification, such as an AIIK or CII diploma, is advantageous.
  • Having prior Bancassurance experience will be beneficial.

  Relevant Experience

  • 3 years minimum Health insurance Sales Management at a supervisory level or above.
