The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat wishes to inform job applicants for various positions who attended interviews between May 14, 2023, and June 10, 2024, that the results of the successful candidates are listed in this announcement. The list of names also includes some candidates who were in the database for various cadres and have been assigned workstations after positions became available.
Successful applicants are required to collect their placement letters from the offices of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro buildings, Open Registry within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, letters that are not collected will be sent to their postal addresses.
Additionally, successful applicants assigned to a workstation must report to the employer within the time specified in the placement letters, bringing their original educational certificates starting from the fourth form onwards for verification by the employer before being given an employment letter. Those whose names do not appear in this announcement should understand that they did not get a position/did not pass the interview and are encouraged to reapply when job positions are advertised again.
IMPORTANT: Those coming to collect their placement letters must bring identification for recognition; acceptable IDs include: Citizenship ID, Passport, Zanzibar Resident ID, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.
