Operating the brewing and yeast-related process areas, carrying out quality control inspections and analyses, mentoring other team members, and assisting the brewing area manager with production duties are the main goals of this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Control yeast supply in line with the production schedule.
  • Uphold strict hygienic practices in the production area.
  • Interpret and carry out the manufacturing schedule in light of the availability of yeast.
  • Using the appropriate tools in accordance with the VPO standards, monitor and manage production processes during a shift (OWS, Team Rooms, 5S, etc.)
  • Conduct quality analysis and make sure that productivity and process quality are met during your shift.
  • Oversee trash and byproducts during a shift.
  • Make sure your workplace is secure and hygienic.
  • Effectively communicate at work
  • Reduce the amount of time needed to respond by using escalation procedures.
  • Carry out VPO implementation strategies in accordance with VPO guidelines.
  • Make sure you comprehend the VPO criteria.
  • Fulfill objectives and make sure shift objectives are reached.

Requirements :

  • Laboratory technician/food science and technology national diploma or equivalent
  • Finished my IST apprenticeship
  • At least 12 months of on-the-job training at SCAP (6 months)
  • Five years of expertise in brewing or prior work in a process-controlled manufacturing setting, preferably with food FMCG items
  • Knowledge of the Brewing Process Value Chain, Including E&F Up to Packaging and Raw Material Transfer to BBT
  • Computer literacy (SAP/Microsoft)
