Responsibilities:

Run the coater room’s control desk.
Examine the production order specifications and get the necessary materials ready in advance.
Verify the materials’ quality, that of the applicator and pick-up rollers, and keep the process parameters in mind.
Establish the proper space needed for the applicator and roll pickup.
As needed, input the process parameters into the Scada.
Before painting, make sure the material is treated according to the suggested method.
Complete independent upkeep and sanitation of the area
Follow health and safety regulations in accordance with business policy.
Enter the operation parameters in the coater room logbook according to the guidelines.
