Provide HR leadership, direction, and influence in order to help the company achieve its goals and objectives. This includes putting in place a people strategy that works and creating an environment where staff members feel appreciated, engaged, and motivated to contribute to the organization’s mission.

Oversees the coordination of efforts with the broader HR department to determine, create, and implement suitable solutions and HR interventions that are implemented into the pertinent business domains.


  • Collaborate with the senior leadership group to establish and carry out the bank’s business strategy, which facilitates growth and alignment for the enterprise and guarantees that all tactics are in line with the overarching company objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with departmental and functional leaders to make sure they have the best strategies possible in place to accomplish their goals, including planning assistance and efficient headcount management.
  • Lead the workforce planning process during the budgetary process. Collaborate closely with departmental and functional leaders to develop an efficient headcount plan.
  • Together with the corresponding HR leaders, develop and implement HR plans for the designated business units; make sure the plans are carried out efficiently and make necessary revisions or amendments.


  • A bachelor’s degree in public administration, political science, human resource management, or a closely related discipline.
  • A master’s degree and/or accreditation as an HR professional are bonus points.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in a human resources capacity.
  • Five years of experience working as a business partner in human resources.
  • Three years of experience in management support and as a leader.
  • It is preferred to have two years of experience in banking or financial institutions.
