Idera Mineral Resources Limited is a mining firm that is expanding quickly and has a high level of production efficiency. We are actively moving forward with our planned expansion and vigorous exploration with the goal of solidifying our place as one of the top mining companies in Tanzania’s gold mining industry.

To expand our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Human Resources Administrator. A proactive person with experience managing a variety of HR systems and activities, such as hiring, employee relations, pay and benefits, performance management, and labor law compliance, is needed for this position.


  • Organize and oversee the hiring process, which includes putting up job postings, holding interviews, and integrating new hires.
  • To guarantee adherence to best practices and legal requirements, develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures.
  • Employees should receive assistance and direction on HR-related matters, including as benefits, performance evaluation, and workplace regulations.
  • Using HRIS and other HR software, keep accurate and private personnel records.
  • Help with the management of employee benefit plans and make sure that enrollment and correspondence happen on time.
  • To make sure that HR procedures and records are in line with business guidelines and regulatory requirements, conduct routine audits.
  • Encourage the creation and execution of employee development and training initiatives.
  • Assist with the performance evaluation procedures and train managers in efficient performance management strategies.


  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
  • Two years minimum of experience in payroll management, administration, or human resources
  • Strong familiarity with labor laws and regulations, as well as HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and other HR tools, as well as HRIS.
  • Exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to manage private and sensitive data.
  • Competent dispute resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extremely well-organized, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to oversee several projects and objectives.
