Leading the planning function to balance supply and demand, machine scheduling, leaf planning, material requirement planning (MRP), maintaining master data in SAP, overseeing procurement, and fostering productive relationships between various stakeholders from the factory, market, and global team are among the responsibilities of this role.

Responsibilities

As an Planning Manager, you will:

Lead the planning process while demonstrating the qualities of a leader. (Oversee direct reports, assign duties and responsibilities to subordinates, make sure corporate conduct standards are applied, build team spirit, inspire confidence, encourage team development, and make sure subordinates are properly evaluated.)
Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with colleagues worldwide, Leaf, Market, and GSC. In conjunction with other departments, lead the team to deliver the manufacturing KPI, assure an energy-efficient plan, raise the percentage of OEE, reduce write-offs, and generate planning savings.
Ensure that resources are properly connected to prevent out-of-stock situations. Create business flows and maintain master data in SAP to effectively ensure production continuity.
Make sure to plan for the short, medium, and long terms. Maintain production scheduling on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis at all levels; conduct analysis
