  • Help create and execute a system and procedure for managing legal records so that information is accurate, kept safe for the right length of time, accessible to the right persons, and disposed of in accordance with policy guidelines.
  • Keep track of and oversee registrations for incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Legal document filing, arranging, scanning, and copying.
  • Arranging for stakeholder meetings with the department head and other bank departments.
  • Setting up departmental meetings and recording minutes
  • Processing and monitoring the payment of the external counsels’ invoices.
  • Attend to every legal visitor or client and put them in the direction of the appropriate support section.
  • Make sure that paperwork is filed and served on time with the court and other registries, well in advance of deadlines.
  • Draft standard letters or memos in accordance with instructions


  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in records management, business management, law, or a similar discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a big organization working in an administrative or records management capacity.
  • Management of Offices
